At Moonifest, we strive to provide high-quality digital eBooks and an excellent customer experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.


1. Digital Product Policy

1.1 All Sales Are Final
Because our products are digital eBooks delivered instantly, they cannot be returned and are generally non-refundable once the order is completed.

1.2 Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)
Refunds may be granted if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

  • You did not receive your eBook after purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue.

  • The file is corrupted or unreadable and cannot be replaced.


2. 30-Day Emotional Shift Guarantee (Conditional)

In addition to the above, we offer a conditional satisfaction guarantee known as the 30-Day Emotional Shift Guarantee.

This guarantee applies only if you:

(a) Complete at least 30% of the Back to Love eBook
(b) Complete the emotional reset exercises included inside
(c) Apply the method for at least 7 days
(d) Provide proof of completion, such as:

  • Photos or screenshots of workbook pages

  • Screenshots of completed exercises

  • Notes showing application of techniques

If, after completing the above, you do not feel any emotional improvement (such as clarity, confidence, calmness, or reduced anxiety), you may request a refund.

You may choose between:

  • A full refund

  • Store credit

Refunds under this guarantee are not automatic and will only be issued after verifying completed work.

This guarantee does not cover outcomes related to another person’s actions (such as whether an ex responds, returns, or communicates).


3. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used for purchase

  • Proof of completed work (as outlined above)

3.2 Review Process
We will review your submission within 3–5 business days and confirm whether it meets the conditions for a refund.

3.3 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of results involving your ex

  • Failure to complete or apply the material

  • Failure to provide proof of completed exercises

  • Purchasing the wrong item

  • Disliking the style or content

  • Downloading the product and requesting a refund without doing the work

  • Expecting instant results

  • Statements such as “it didn’t work, but I didn’t do any exercises”

We will assist you promptly. If the file is corrupted, we will provide a working replacement at no extra cost.
